Move through menopause with strength, support and a sense of humour

You’re not imagining it. The mood swings, the brain fog, the sleepless nights, the aching joints, the sense of not quite feeling like you anymore. It’s all real.

And you are not alone.

Peri, post and the main event itself, menopause can feel like your body and brain have changed overnight. But here’s the good news, you don’t have to just “put up with it.” You can support yourself through it and yoga can help.

Real yoga for real women

Yoga for Menopause is a practical, supportive class designed to help you manage some of the most common symptoms of menopause like sleep issues, low mood, anxiety, joint pain and mental fog to name but a few.

Classes focus on functional flexibility, strength building, breathwork and calming techniques you can actually use in everyday life. This isn’t about twisting into impossible chapes or chasing perfection. It’s about helping your body to feel more at east and your mind more settled.

You’ll build courage and regain some control with a toolkit for navigating this chapter with more clarity and calm.

You don’t have to do it alone

This class is a community, not a competition. You’ll be surrounded by women who get it, women who are navigating the same rollercoaster, showing up as they are and finding ways to feel better together.

We move, we breathe, we wobble, we laugh. And yes, sometimes we vent too. There’s space for all of it.

This is for you if:

    • You feel like you’ve lost a bit of yourself
    • You’re tired of feeling moody, foggy or disconnected
    • You want to support your changing body without being told to “slow down” or “lose weight”
    • You’re looking for strength, not just in your muscles but in your mindset too
