- 5 Mondays starting 13th October 2025 from 7-8:30pm online

What to expect:
Over the course of five weeks, we’ll explore yoga and mindfulness techniques designed to regulate your nervous system and help you manage stress and anxiety effectively.
You’ll experience:
- 30 minute yoga practices designed to help you go from flight and fight to calm, out of a state of freeze and restorative yoga – accessible movement to reset the body and mind
- Understanding your nervous system – learn what’s keeping you stuck in stress and how you can help yourself to change your response
- Practical tools for self-regulation – breathing techniques, tapping, massage, self-soothing, yoga and mindfulness meditation
Each session is 1 hour and a half, with chair and mat based yoga options. You’ll have the time and space to process your experiences and discuss with the group if you wish to. Share experiences are everything!
