Meeting at 8am, we'll do some warming yoga including sun salutations for an hour while the sun rises on the Autumn Equinox. It'll be a super special moment in the beautiful walled garden of Hagge Farm.
This is completely weather dependent, so I ask that you put your name down on a list and pay me on the day. If rain is threatened, you'll be notified the day before.
