Class Description

All classes start with some breathing, a warm up, yoga poses and flows finishing with a guided relaxation. There will be options to take your practice further or keep it relaxed, whatever you feel like during the class. Class numbers will be limited to 12 to ensure the continued safety and enjoyment of everyone participating. You can book your first free class with Fat Frog Yoga & Mindfulness by clicking into 'Class Passes' and selecting the 'First free class' pass. Please ensure you've booked the date you want to attend as well. Because we'll be online in your own home, please make sure you find a spot that has enough space to swing your arms around (although it's not necessary, it does help) and where you can place your camera so that I can see the whole of you. I will be asking you to keep cameras switched on so that I can make sure you're safe despite not being in the same room with you. I have no problem with distractions, but if you do mind distractions, find somewhere that's as distraction free as possible. A yoga mat helps, but isn't necessary and just think about whether you'd like the following with you too: - Blankets and/or warmer clothing for relaxation - Cushion - Water - Anything else that helps you in your yoga practice

Cancellation Policy

- You can transfer your ticket to another equal class once only, up to 3 hours before your original class - If you cancel less than 3 hours before a class, there are no refunds or transfers available - If you cancel more than 3 hours in advance a transfer will be provided for preference, no refunds unless in exceptional circumstances - Class passes cannot be used for special classes or other events unless specified - If in the unlikely event a class is cancelled you will be fully refunded or given the option to transfer to another class
