Mindfulness Sits

We will join together for a 20-30 minute mindful meditation or a spot of mindful movement, followed by a hot (or cold) drink and a short natter if you'd like. Sessions will be offered both face to face and online and are still to be confirmed. 

Mindfulness Sits are likely to start December 2023. Check back here in November for more information.
